FAQ
Questions about scoring, compliance and what we will never automate
Is this allowed on Reddit?
Reading is. Rederva never writes anything back — no posting, no voting, no messaging — and that is built into the product rather than promised: there is no code that could post even if something tried. What you do with a draft is ordinary participation, and drafts disclose that you built the product. Automated posting is what gets accounts banned, and we do not offer it at any price. We read public posts through a third-party social data provider while our own application for Reddit commercial API access is pending; when it is granted we will read directly.
Will it post replies for me?
No, and it never will. You copy the draft, edit it, and post it from your own account. That is a deliberate product decision rather than a missing feature.
How is this different from a keyword alert?
A keyword alert tells you a word appeared. It cannot tell the difference between someone shopping for a solution, someone venting about a problem they already solved, and someone writing a listicle. Scoring for intent is the entire product — most items we ingest never reach your feed.
What does the 0-100 score mean?
It is a weighted blend of relevance at 35 percent, problem fit at 28, purchase intent at 27 and urgency at 10. Freshness is shown on every lead but deliberately carries no weight: it is calculated from how recently the thread was posted, so it ran high for every lead and raised all of them by roughly the same amount without separating any. Every lead shows its own breakdown and the reasoning behind each factor, so you can disagree with a score and see exactly which factor caused it.
How many leads should I expect?
Fewer than you would like, which is the honest answer. A well-scoped monitor in an active niche surfaces a handful of genuinely high-intent conversations a week, not dozens a day. If you are seeing hundreds, the monitor is too broad and the score floor is too low.
Do I need to know which subreddits to watch?
No. Subreddits and keywords are suggested from your product description, and you refine them from real results. Most people change their terms twice in the first week and then leave them alone.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — one monitor, twenty-five scored leads a month and a weekly digest, with no card required. Paid plans start at 39 dollars a month and include a 14-day trial.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Any time, from your billing settings. Downgrading keeps your data; you simply stop seeing new leads above your new plan limits.
Do you support Discord, X or LinkedIn?
Not yet. Reddit is where this problem is worth solving first, and doing one source properly beats four half-built integrations. The ingestion layer was built so a second source can be added without changing how the product works.
Can my team share a workspace?
Yes. Leads are shared work items, so two people never reply to the same thread by accident, and it is recorded who saved or dismissed what. Growth includes unlimited members.
