Features
Monitors, the ranked feed, intent scoring, drafted replies, alerts and export — what each one does and where its limits are.
Monitors
A monitor is one product, described once. It holds your product description and target customer, the keywords and subreddits to watch, a score floor below which nothing reaches you, and a status you can pause.
Keywords come in three kinds: include terms broaden what is considered, phrase terms match an exact sequence, and exclude terms remove conversations you never want to see. Subreddits are stored bare, without the r/ prefix.
The feed
Leads arrive ranked by score, newest first within a score band. Each shows the thread title, an excerpt, the subreddit, its age, and the score.
Work it with the keyboard: ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) opens a palette that searches every lead by a word in its title or body and jumps to any page. Search reaches dismissed leads too, because "where was that thread" usually means one you already set aside.
Select several leads with the checkboxes to save or dismiss them together. The confirmation reports how many actually changed rather than how many you ticked.
Scoring
Every lead scores 0–100 from four weighted factors:
| Factor | Weight | What it asks |
|---|---|---|
| Relevance | 35% | How closely the conversation matches what you sell |
| Problem fit | 28% | Whether the poster has the problem you solve |
| Purchase intent | 27% | Whether they sound like they are looking to buy or switch |
| Urgency | 10% | How soon they need something |
Freshness appears on every breakdown as well, marked context rather than a percentage: recency is worth seeing, but it is calculated from the post's age, so weighting it raised every recent lead's score equally without separating any of them.
The weights are published because a score you cannot interrogate is a number you cannot trust. Every lead shows its own breakdown and the reasoning behind each factor, so you can disagree with a score and see exactly which factor caused it.
Deterministic rules run before any model is called, so obviously irrelevant items are discarded cheaply rather than classified expensively.
Drafted replies
A draft is written against the specific thread, quoting what the person actually said, and disclosing that you built the product. It is a starting point, not a finished comment — the whole point is that a person reads it before it is posted.
Alerts
Set a frequency per workspace: instant for a mail as soon as a qualifying lead appears, or a digest at a chosen cadence. A separate email score floor means you can watch a broad feed while only being interrupted by strong leads. An empty digest is never sent.
Export
On Growth, the export button hands you the current feed as CSV, filters included.
